Why I decided to start writing

I’m old enough now to have seen ideas get recycled in many different ways, and to be honest, I find it boring. I’m a big movie fan and I’ve seen dozens of straight-up remakes, and movies that share very similar plots. In short: cliché after cliché. Frustrated, I felt I could do better and that was my number one goal; original content. To be honest, it was harder than I thought it would be. For example: If there’s a ghost in the house, doesn’t somebody have to go to the town hall or library and look stuff up? Haven’t we all seen this 1,000 times? I tried my best to minimize these necessary passages. I hope you enjoy TPOADM.
